Care Inspectorate Wales are not satisfied that the action specified in the Improvement Notice has been taken within the time limit/s specified. s. 15(1)(b) the Welsh Ministers are no longer satisfied that the service provider is a fit and proper person to be a service provider. A regulated service provided by the service provider is not being provided in accordance with the requirements mentioned in section 7(1)(d) so far as applicable to that service (s.15(1)(f)).
