Violation Description: An inquiry by the Charity Commission into The National Bullying Helpline found that a statement made by the CEO of the charity that employees of Number 10 Downing Street had called their Bullying Helpline risked trust in the charity, risked individuals being identified, and were against the charity's code of conduct. Orders were issued securing the charity's personal data until it could be destroyed and directing trustees to operate constitutionally and to regularise the governance of the charity. The trustees made the decision to wind up the charity and it was removed from the register.
