Violation Description: We have not found fault in the way the Home managed Mrs D's nutrition. There was fault in the Home's complaint response regarding the delay in obtaining the cream and the skin condition and it would have been good practice for the Home to chase the arrival of the cream more. There was fault in the cleanliness of the room on 5 January 2022. We have recommended that the Home apologises to the family and pays £150 to acknowledge the distress the fault caused.
