Violation Description: Mrs X complained about some of the care services provided to her (late) mother, Mrs Y. Mrs X also complained the Care Provider breached its contract and did not take her complaints seriously. We have found the actions of the Care Provider caused an injustice to Mrs Y, Mrs X and her family. To remedy this injustice the Care Provider has agreed to apologise to the family and review some of its procedures.
