Violation Description: Section 15(1) and 16(2) of the Regulation and Inspection of Social Care (Wales) Act 2016. Section 15(1) of the Regulation and Inspection of Social Care (Wales) Act 2016 permits the Care Inspectorate Wales to cancel the registration of a service provider if certain grounds are met. Section 16(2) requires the Care Inspectorate Wales to issue an Improvement Notice before cancelling a registration. The following ground/s are relied upon in respect of this notice under section 15(1): (f)a regulated service provided by the service provider is not being provided in accordance with the requirements mentioned in section 7(1)(d) so far as applicable to that service.
