Violation Description: BMI Healthcare (now Circle Health Group Limited) was found guilty of breaching Section 2(1) and Section 3(1) of the Health and Safety at Work etc Act. 1974 after an engineer was fatally electrocuted while repairing an appliance in a hospital kitchen.
