Violation Description: Mr B complains the Care Provider did not provide suitably experienced carers who went on to provide unsatisfactory care to his mother. It also wrongly reported safeguarding concerns to his local Council, before sending an incorrect invoice for its care. We have upheld that part of the complaint about the invoice. The Care Provider has agreed to apologise for the injustice caused to Mr B resulting from that.
