Ltd and Meiji Holdings Co. Ltd. were fined by the CMA following an investigation finding that the companies engaged in anti-competitive behaviour to increase the price of the drug prochlorperazine. Medreich's fine had a 40% leniency reduction for cooperating with the investigation.
